I bought this for my boyfriend I should’ve bought it a little bit smaller since he had lost some weight anyway that’s no one’s fault but mine either way we made it work and he’s lost like 35 pounds. He wears it to the gym. He wears it running and it does what it supposed to do.

I liked the material good quality. It fits comfortable and I sweat very nice through my workouts.

It’s a great sauna vest! Keeps heat in and helps with keeping the sweat coming. Although, the sizes just like the chart says, It is a great workout vest if you want to shed extra pounds really fast.

Item is not true to fit. I wear 3XL to 4XL shirt size. I ordered a 5XL thinking that I would get more of a sure fit and it's still too small around the mid section where I can't zip it up...so I had to zip it up first and and adjust the velcor straps first...then pull it over my head to make it work. Once I lose a pound or 2 it will fit perfectly.. A size 6XL probably would have been the best fit but I am satisfied with the 5XL to serve it's purpose for me. I bought a 4XL before and it was way too small. I hope that this information will help.

Everything came on time , looks good and fits good but the smell is unbearable, I put it in the wash and put them outside to air dry but the smell is still there like chemicals/ neoprene I’m not trying to give anyone a hard time but people around me can’t take the smell either

I wanted to share my review as I am a very big man with a large belly.When I put on my 5XL size it was difficult zipping it up. Later I found the cause which is the waist trimmer Was attached across the back. When I pulled this apart the problem disappeared.I wore mine immediately, the odor that many others mentioned was not an issue for me as I did not smell it unless I purposely looked for it.I would certainly buy this product again except for me I would have gotten the 4XL because mine was a bit loose at top in chest area.

This is a great fit. Definitely keeps the body warm. And you will absolutely sweat!!
