didn't know I needed this - but I did
review of iCrimp Round Cable StripperI have a lot of tools to support electronics / computer repair so I only had to add a few tools as I got deeper into Solar/Electrical gear install.I saw this pop up as an alternative to something else I bought so I said why not try it out too.Turns out it is useful for much more than electrical work. My big use now is for all the wire I have no clue what AWG it is so finding the right stripper tool hole is a guessing game.With this (and a light touch) I can just use this tool and get it stripped with very little drama.Maybe a nick the first few times until I got the feel for it but now I get 'good enough' stripping for random wire I run across.It is also good for the primary goal of handling wire bigger than 10 AWG which is as low as my traditional wire strippers are designed to strip.For the price a great addition to any tool box (if you see a lot of random wire)

Product works great easy to use. With a very wide range of adjustment for any wire you need, build quality is questionable. The little screw that limits, you on the wire size could be built better instead of just being placed in the plastic, which could strip out very easily

Works but be careful might go in to deep
I use these because the other wire stripper you half to use the adjustment level for different size cables.with this one just just turn and go.But be very very careful with these because it's easy to cut to deep.recommend uses it with shielded cables
