I wish I knew the name for this type of material, I've come across it before in backpacks to give it some extra thickness while keeping it breathable. It's fairly sturdy and feels like it should last a while, but it's going to be a bit rough to clean and may grow mold if it is not aired out well. In a humid environment it's getting a mildew scent surprisingly quick, even while surrounding areas are regularly cleaned.

The media could not be loaded.  This bumper is pretty sheer with a beautiful delicate looking stitched pattern.It is easy to install and easy to follow instructions, it hand both Velcro for end attachments and ties for the rest.I would recommend use until your baby can stand , so he will not stand on the bumper.It not only looks beautiful but can help to keep babies hand and feet in the crib.It is a double mesh that is safer for baby because it is very breathable and not padded.

I do love the design of this crib liner. It's so cute! The product is overpriced though. It also seems too long for my crib. It was very easy for my daughter to push the liner down, which can be a hazard. I do like that it can be tied onto the rails though. It is probably a better product to use on cribs with babies that are younger than 6 months. Anything over 6 months they will probably figure out how to escape with how easy it is to push down the liner.

I'm using the small panel only to block off the back of the crib because there is an outlet on the wall and no matter how many covers I put on it our one year old still tried to play with it. This bumper completely prevents his little hands from going back there and messing with it. It also looks very cute and gender neutral. The material is breathable and easy to take off and wash if needed.
