Read me before you buy! Good build, Very poor electronics.
Poor quality. It gets 2 stars because I assembled it and printed off 3 things but it's not been without hard work.1. The heat sink on the stepper drivers has all come loose and causing short-circuits on their connections.2. The x and y axis cables were labelled incorrectly so the machine wouldn't home until I traced them back to board level.3. The cables to the x axis motor are too short and I will have to rewire if I want to print anything over 100mm High.4. Y axis tables was very loose and needed a lot of work to get it running true (you will need some basic tools other than what is supplied)5. Main power switch is broken on Psu. It worked for about 15 operations but now I can't turn it off at the machine.6. USB driver is dead, so I have to use gcode on the Memory card to print anything. All in all. Nice little machine for the price, but do yourself a favour and pay the extra £30-40 for a genuine a10 and not this Geeetech version. You will need some basic mechanical and electronic skills to get this to work, even then expect component failure after a couple of hours of operation.@Geeetech, if you send me a replacement Driver Card and a replacement PSU I will be happy. If not, I am sending the whole thing back next week for a full refund.

Absolutely fantastic !!!
I recently purchased a a30 from geetech and after the amazing results I 've had with the machine I wanted another one sadly I did nt have enough space for another a30 so chose the geetech a10 hoping it was as good as the a30.Happy to report back it is !!!!Like the a30 it arrived well packagedQuick 10 minute buildNo cheap tools or partsInstuctuons were clear and conciseBed levelling was super easy literally took me 3 minutes.I 've managed to run 2 prints so far and finisged painting one ad the other was printing. ,(see pics)Printer is absolutely amazing, easy set up prints like a dream straight outvthe box with no mods !!I have a few tweaks to make to fine tune in the slicer but other than that it's a amazing little printer. A must buy either as a secondary printer off your first !

3D printing is not yet mainstream - but this is pretty good
This is a surprisingly capable 3D printer. Some of the prints that have emerged from this are really rather good. But.....Do not expect to plug it in and get perfect prints instantly. The technology is simply not there yet.I've had a fair number of issues to overcome.- The bed cannot be levelled 'out of the box' the back-right corner is lower than the rest. It took a while to fix that and involved in a large amount of disassembly and trial and error.- The SD card slot has died entirely, no SD cards are recognised.- I use a Mac, so figuring out which Slicer would work was a case of trial and error - Cura seems to be the best, but it would be nice if there was an A10 profile that could be used as a baseline.- There is signifiant support for older models on the Geeetech forums - the A10 is fairly new and support is lacking- All 3D printers are massively dependent on decent filament, this is no exception, buy good filament- The standard nozzles are 'OK', but near all replacement ones are shorter.- The cooling fan vent, a 3D printed device is horrible, mine was pretty much clogged. Print a new (slightly shorter one) that allows airflow and does not hit your 3d model at 2AM.Once you get it dialled in, assuming you can, it is a nice device.(Taken one star off for the poor quality SD card slot and the fan ducting.

Amazing printer and astonishingly good value!
I am an avid 3D printing fanatic, this will be my 5th printer I have owned to replace an older DIY build of mine. I did my homework, and it was either between the Ender 3, or this A10. In the end, I chose this machine from Geeetech for 2 reasons. The first was the glass bed, which, from personal experience with printing with many surfaces, remains my favourite print bed for printing on for the ease of the first layer and the finish on the print. The second reason I chose the Geeetech was due to the open-source and easily customisable mainboard Geeetech included: the GT2560.This board allows the replacement of the stock stepper drivers for TMC drivers for achieving a super quiet printer. A very worthy upgrade and very affordable to do. I have TMC2208 drivers installed and the printer is very quiet (between 35-40dB whilst printing -- much quieter than an Up Mini 2 ES). For those configuring the TMC2208 drivers for this printer, I've found a 0.7V value to be ideal for X, Y, Z and E drivers.I am truly astonished at the quality of this machine. It took me 20 minutes to assemble using the minimalist, but easy to understand assembly guide. After it was assembled, I printed off some fan shrouds for the mainboard and the PSU, both came out perfect. I then printed the purple dog on the SD card, and you can see from the photo that the print is absolutely flawless. Whilst I do not have an Ender 3 to compare with, I simply cannot fault this machine.A strong recommendation from me!
