First of all, I never write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to come back and write this review. This chair is super comfortable, I love the adjustable arms. It wasn’t too bad putting it together, but it was definitely helpful to have an extra set of hands. This chair is much better than the old office chair I had been using and I work from home, so I spend a lot of time in front of my computer. It is so comfy that my cat has taken such a liking to it that he bullies me daily to get me out of the chair so he can sit in it. It’s to the point where I’m thinking I may have to order a second just so he can have “his” chair. He isn’t satisfied by any of the other chairs or his cat trees, it has to be this specific chair.

This chair is fantastic! It's extremely comfortable, even for long periods of time! It works well, and is easy to assemble. The only reason I did not give five stars is the armrests. They are clearly made of very cheap material, and they are not very good overall.By this I mean, they work. That's about it. The part where they swivel and and down on my chair has been loose since the day I pulled them out of the packaging. The part where they connect to the seat has been popping loose (the silver plastic part) since the day I assembled the chair.Everything about this chair is amazing except the armrests, and armrests are one of the reasons I bought this chair. It's a shame so little care was put into them.

Easy to assemble, if you have back or neck problems this chair is easy on the back. The arm rest are 90 degrees and move up and down. The base also adjusts up and down. The only thing that I found difficult for myself was inserting the rollers on the bottom, you have to push them in very hard for them to click in place, other than that I would definitely purchase this chair again. Chair is sturdy and stable also rolls easily on the floor.

I received this chair on Feb 14, 2022. The return window closed on March 17, 2022. Almost exactly one month later, April 13, 2022, the left arm just fell off. I simply rested my arm on it while seated in the chair and it fell off. I wrote a scathing review about "planned obsolescence" since the arm fell off less than a month after the return window had closed. A few days after submitting that review Amazon HOMEFLA after service customer service contacted me. Even though the return window was past they sent me a new chair (a different model with more sturdy arms) at no cost and with no questions asked. A quick response and great service!

Chair Arms: yes, they do fall off. Yes, they fall off pretty quickly (within 1st week for me). Yes, you have to take the chair arm apart to put the arm back on and it WILL fall off again. I have had the chair too long now to return (ordered 2/24/22) so I am stuck with it. The arms will go in the trash the next time they fall off, I'm over it.New issue: the chair won't stay up at the desired height setting. It began about 2 weeks ago, I noticed the chair would be lower and lower when I sat in it in the mornings, now today it is noticeably dropping inches at a time throughout the day and I have to keep lifting it back up. Unfortunately my desk is not able to be lowered or I would lower the desk to match the lowest height of the chair just to keep from fighting it all day. Super inconvenient.I expected to receive a much better quality of a chair at this price point. Note: I sit in this chair at minimum 5 days a week for 8-10 hours a day and yes I am within the weigh limit advertised for the chair.

It is a cheaply made chair with lots of breakable plastic parts. The worst feature is the caster wheels which do not roll at all; rather they just slide or scrape along the floor if you move. The arms do not stay up well when lifted and fall down easily. The black caps to cover the screw holes do not fit and most fell out in a few days. On the upside, it was not an expensive chair. Probably good for gentle, occasional use only.

Update - The positive is customer service sent out a replacement cylinder, however the bottom is no the same so now the chair its 2-3 inches lower at the highest height. This doesn't work for me as I want the arm rests to be the same height as my desk which is no longer able to do. i wrote customer service and will see what happens nextThe chair itself is comfortable and the ability to move the armrests up is good. however this is all for naught as the chair wont stay up anymore an the chair is now uselessUpdate 2024-01-20. The support team eventually did send the correct replacement cylinder and the cylinder has been working fine. today i had a wheel break off and I have sent support an email to see if i can get it replaced as it is still in the 36 month support they offer. I do like the chair even with the durability issues. I am looking forward to getting replacement wheels
