Great book for coaches looking to expand their repertoire of skills. Definitely using the Enneagram in my practice with this new found knowledge

An organized and comprehensive introduction to Ennegram Coaching. There are many helpful diagrams and charts HOWEVER they are unreadable on Kindle. If this kind of thing aggravates you -- pass on tthe Kindle version and find a hard copy.

Very good book on interesting coaching methods.

Learned a lot from this book. Will definitely re-read and buy her other books. I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to continue to grow.

overall I would say this is a good book.however, it lack enough examples in it, making understanding the abstract concept a bit hard.

Great new ideas on using the Enneagram for coaching!

amazingly helpful, technically and personally

this is a very practical how to for the enneagram and RMTs 6 human needs. They walk you through and explain everything step by step and reference all their findings.

I am so glad I found this book, I first found Cloe Madanes and I was transformed by the concepts she showed in "Relationship Breakthrough" now I find this other gem by another Madanes which happens to be related to Cloe and both have transformed my way of thinking about coaching and relationships, I highly recommend it!

Contrairement à certains ouvrages d'Ennéagramme insistant beaucoup sur les qualités et défauts, ce en ayant tendance à donner une description figée de chaque type de personnalité, CELUI-CI souligne aussi beaucoup le but : les moyens d'amélioration et d'évolution, les points à renforcer pour que chaque type soit quelque peu transcendé ou du moins "désenglué" de ses difficultés-défauts (qui découlent aussi de ses qualités). :-)Bonne lecture :-)THIS ENNEAGRAM BOOK NOT ONLY DESCRIBES EACH TYPE OF PERSONNALITY LIKE MOST DO, IT ALSO DESCRIBES THE WAYS TO GET BETTER & EVOLVE, THE POINTS TO WORK SO THAT EACH TYPE TRANSCENDS A LITTLE OR AT LEAST GETS UNSTUCK FROM ITS DIFFICULTIES-FAULTS (which come from its qualities too ...) :-)ENJOY ;-)

really hard to see the diagrams on the kindle version and on line reading. its a real shame as the material is great.
