I use an air fryer when I want to make a quick meal. Most of these recipes involve too many ingredients/steps. Out of the 550 recipes in the collection, I have ear-marked 10 of them to try. By the way, I've been cooking for decades and generally love perusing cookbooks; this one left me underwhelmed. No offense, Paula.
