I got this basket so my 5lb Yorkie could ride safely on my e-bike. It's decent quality and my dog fits in there perfect. The screen pulls tight on top so I can protect him from mosquitoes when I stop and the rain cover keeps him dry. He also has full visibility through the side screens when he lays down and the zippers work good. My only complaint is it's a little bit heavy, but that's the price you pay for a solid case.

Our pup LOVES the bike and insists on going with us. We have E-Bikes so can travel a bit of a distance and get up to 20 mph. This “basket” is super easy to install and hold the pup sturdy as can be. Deep enough and the draw string closure at top keeps the dog from being able to jump out or even get her arms or paws out. Definitely recommend for anyone with a 12 pound or less animal you want to secure and take along for trips.

This bike basket is great quality…it’s just a little too small for my 18 pound dog to ride safely in. It’s very sturdy, and would probably work fine if you have a bike rack to sit the basket on. You also don’t have to have the drawstring tightened. I believe the little leash attaches from the bottom of the basket and I’m not sure it would reach up to my dogs collar to hold her in. I already returned though, so I could be wrong, but I would highly recommend leashing your dog in as the basket we ended up keeping kept her safe when she would try and put her front paws over the edge. The package had a very nice note inside guaranteeing a replacement for the first 3 years if needed! Highly recommend for smaller dogs!

We bought this for our dog and it was nothing like it shows in the picture. Not sturdy, unclear directions, and worst of all, it was dragging on my front tire with my dog in it!!! Absolutely wanted this for my dog, totally disappointed

The media could not be loaded. Work perfectly with my wife Ebike BUT she felt better about putting the dog inside if the basket was zip tied to the bike (probably over did it but she felt safe) Once you do that it's very secure. Did a 13 mile ride and zero issues

The item was supposed to be new, box was new but item inside was taped up apparently was a return. Item was missing directions parts were not in the packages, loose inside item. Paid full price on a returned item.

There are a lot of dog bike carriers, and I returned my initial purchase as the design tried to do everything and consequently couldn't do anything. I carefully looked at other carriers and settled on the Wakytu. It is perfect! A major feature is the three levels for attaching to handlebars to clear the front tire. The only thing that didn't work well are the straps to attach the carrier to the handlebars. I used zip ties and recommend going that route. In order to clear the brake levers, shifter, and cables I ended up moving them outward and pointing downward to clear the carrier. Carrier is mounted on a fat tire bike used exclusively on the beach.
