Great little crackpot, love the color! I used it to make pull pork, and it cooked my meat really well and on time! Lightweight and easy to clean! Great value for my money and just the right size for my small family.

I had to learn how to cook for one person again and this little crock fits the bill. It cooks enough with a few left overs. Since it’s small, it doesn’t take much room. I plan on taking it with me when I travel this winter in my rv. What’s cooking? Taco soup! Brown the meat then add everything to your slow cooker with spices, it’s that easy. I recommend this little slow cooker to anyone that doesn’t need to cook for a large family.

I bought this 3 quart model in order to make meals for 1 - 2 people. The stoneware pot is heavy, but easy to clean. The pot itself can get quite hot, so need to be careful handling it. The cooker works as expected, able to make stews and, for example, a Cornish hen (see photo). Just fill the bottom of the pot with vegetables, in this case, halved sweet potato and carrots, so that the hen is a bit raised from the bottom. Season the hen with herbs, such as thyme, garlic, rosemary, and then add a bit of liquid, such as broth, cooking wine, about 3/4 inch in bottom, set the hen on top, cover and cook on high. This one was cooked for about 4 1/2 hours, to the correct internal temp, no pink juices running out of meat. Just remember that meat will not brown as in oven, but still okay. This cooker is easy to use, just set and go, free from the kitchen. Good price.

LOVE the RED color - matches my coffee pot :) It has a true crock in it. This cooks things evenly. I like to throw a couple of turkey thighs in this little guy - they are juicy and wonderful by end of day. I like the Warm selection - perfect for hot dips. Because its oval shaped and the glass lid is bound by metal against ceramic crock - well its not as tight a fit but it didnt have a detrimental effect on my dinners (yet).

This is perfect for me making small meals. I did not think it would hold tht much but it’s actually a great size. Perfect for my small kitchen also. Glad I bought it

This 3-quart Elite Gourmet slow cooker holds a good amount of food/liquid for soups, pot roasts, etc., and is perfect for two people. So far, I've made a pot roast with carrots, baby red potatoes, a 2-pound chuck roast, and Swanson beef broth. I've also made barbecued boneless skinless chicken thighs, and more recently, chicken rice soup with carrots, celery, Swanson chicken broth and boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 2 inch chunks. Everything came out juicy, tender and tasty! All three temperature settings work perfectly and I especially like the fact that it has a tempered glass lid (one of the main reasons for buying it). I highly recommend this 3-quart Elite Gourmet slow cooker!!!

In the photos I gave measurements. It’s the perfect size. Made a pot roast in it and everything was cooked evenly and perfectly. I let the pot roast go for about eight hours and it was phenomenal. I cooked approximately half a roast but honestly you could put a whole roast in. It says it feeds one to two people but I would say if you did it right, you could feed about three. The outside of it gets hot as many crockpots do but it’s a great little appliance. Very pleased with the purchase. I like that the interior is removable. Very easy to clean.

This photo is of the new, right out of the box unit. I'm not returning it because it won't affect the functionality and it would be a pain to put back in the box, but it does look ugly.

We are retired and don’t need a large crockpot. This is perfect and works very well for us.
