Dual Edge Ripper Original and Classic Bundle Watercolor Paper Deckle Edge Tool 2-24 inch Tools

Ok so first lets get the bad out of the way. I seen this item on review and thought I would look into it. I then found the company web page and it was not working correctly. I then decided to call directly the company and had a very good phone call with the person at Dual Edge Ripper. They let me know that the site was having issues and that I could order on Amazon. I looked up the item on Amazon and found a set that I would settle on. I placed my order and thought this would be it however I was wrong. After a couple of weeks I received an email stating that the order was still not processed. I then contacted three times the company via phone and twice via amazon. I never received follow up via email and I was promised a return phone call from the Son who I guess fills these orders and I was not given a return. The father did call me back and was always polite however all this still took quite awhile. In the end someone did figure out how to process the order and it made its way to me across the country. I would say that the service end of this transaction was a D and only a D and not lower since it did finally arrive.Once the item arrived it was well packaged and the items inside were the correct items. I opened the items and they seem to be well made. I tried it ASAP on a standard piece of printer paper with no issues. I then tried it the next day on Arches Hot Press 140lb paper and again it worked very well. I was surprised how well it worked and blown away when I tried to trim only 1/4 inch off at a time. I really like this product and would highly recommend it to someone. My only caution is that DER as a company may take quite awhile and require much follow up just to get the order to you. I would have left a 5 star review had I not had such a hard time with the order.
