It’s great! No problem with the product… but it’s smaller than I expected. I want to purchase a much larger pack by the same brand… but the seller is only accepting the return with a substantial return fee… I’ve looked over and over again for this return penalty cost, can’t find it anywhere on their page… not acceptable

Note: I have a message in to the seller about the bladder. Pack is good so far for nordic. If you fill the bladder, it takes up pretty much all the room in the small pack. No straps or bungees on outside to put anything. Probably best for the trail minimalist. Fits snug and mostly comfortable for a female build. Could be designed better for a female chest. I'm pretty busty and this isn't the most comfortable. But fits well for my male spouse. The biggest issue was that I suspect a manufacturing problem with the bladder. It arrived and the top where you would fill was sealed shut. Neither of us could get it open. It requried a sharp knife to cut the seal all along and allow filling. Used three times total and the bite valve leaks. It dripped all over me yesterday both draining my bladder and soaking the front of me. The seal at the top leaks also even with the clip in place. My bag was wet sitting upright just from the car ride. If I can get a bladder to work properly it's a 4/5 stars.

Looks like there was already wear and tear on the product when it arrived

I absolutely love this water backpack. I just wish it had pockets for my phone/keys.
