Short, concise text and study guide with good selection of vocabulary words to study at the end. Organized book and I haven’t taken the court assistant test yet for New York State but feel the book in general is a well written guide.

Everything I studied in this book was on the NYS Court Assistant exam and it didn’t break the the bank for me either, compared to other “recommended” books. The results aren’t out yet but I think I did exceptionally well thanks to this book. I highly recommend this book for anyone seeking a court clerical position.

This book prepared me very well and I'm certain I aced the exam. The format of the questions is exactly as on the actual exam. It teaches you exactly what to expect and how to take the test. It's a fantastic study guide and I highly recommend it.

Awesome book...few errors one of them is question 71 on pg 100 ...foto below.... the correct answer is not on the options...

Great buy! Was definitely prepared for the test! Not to brag but I got a 95 on the test thanks to this study guide! With this book you practice and know what to expect! Gives you great tips on organizing your answer that will save you time on the day of the test! Don't hesitate to buy it!!

I took the exam today(5/31/14) and I highly recommend this book by Angelo Tropea. All the material that he covered in the book was exactly on the exam. There were no surprises. The exam was 3 hours and had 70 questions and I know I passed for sure because of this book!

Wasn't really much but the test itself. It did prepare me well though. I felt more confident going in with it.
