Does this include all the parts to install?

Sure does! It’s just two screws and you can also just reuse the same two screws from the old visor as well.

Why does this not come with the cap which covers the screws? I saved the cap from the old visor but it doesn’t clip onto this one’s screw-foot piece.

I'm pretty sure I had to reuse the original as well. It was a bit tricky but it does fit. I think I used a flathead screwdriver to help. I did this on a 2010 civic.
