This product is to be used to take a picture of your alignment with a SNPE program that I don't do. I was looking for something to be worn during the day to improve posture. Wearing it during everyday activities does not help correct posture, nor would it be comfortable to wear for long periods because it has no padding.

When you put this on the support and lift is perfect. If it would stay in place I'd rate this 5 stars without hesitation. I really like that tis SI belt has 2 support straps, but the bottom on slides up with movement, and pretty quickly at that.
