I've been using "One N Only" multivitamin for years and just switched to the multivitamin for men within the past few months. Same greatness, but additional benefits for men!! I love them!! These vitamins have changed my life! I've been using the regular multivitamins for over 12 years and since that time I swear on a stack of bibles I have not had the common cold or flu. I have use to have trouble sleeping and since taking these vitamins I sleep like I got punched out. I'm in a deep sleep for about 5-6 hours and when I wake, I'm ready to go.Yes! With these vitamins I'm in bed by 9pm and up at 2-3am feeling refreshed. I start my early morning with a light 15 minute workout in addition to jogging on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes. Then I do some reading, shower, get dressed for work, and I'm out the door around 6am every morning.I won't stop taking these!!!

38, male here. These are awesome and worth the extra money for something all natural. I've been taking these since October and it's now February and I haven't even gotten so much as a cold yet even though I have been around others who have. I feel better and more energized also.To the people complaining about their potent smell: it seems more potent at first but as your body gets used to it, they seem to become less smelly. I like the smell of them now and I think it's because my body likes the benefits of taking these. Also, yes they're kinda big but they're not hard to swallow. An easy fix would be to just cut them in half. Being able to take them on an empty stomach is also a great advantage. I think it's smart to take with a full glass of water if you sometimes skip breakfast like me. I haven't noticed any gross burps or anything.

I have some minor nerve damage in my hand so I was trying to find a multivitamin that didn't have cyanocobalamin (synthetic B12 - made in a lab) when metabolized leaves behind cyanide, which causes nerve damage. It was almost impossible to find a multivitamin that had methylcobalamin (natural B12 - as in what is found in meat) when metabolized leaves behind methyl which helps in muscle growth. But this guy right here did it, the cool thing about this vitamin too is that it uses all the natural versions of vitamins and supplements which is why it is a little on the pricy side, but well worth it.All the other stuff in here is great too, it has everything else a normal multivitamin would have and then some herbal stuff too which has been used in Chinese herbal medicine for years or other unique plants that have been found to have health improving properties.A simple reminder though, just because this is an all natural multivitamin, or for any multivitamin for that matter, it isnt a "cure all - I am happy all the time" pill. The body can repair almost any injury or illness with the right nutrients and time. Taking this, or any multivitamin, is for long term health improvement and sustainment.Take this, or some other version that Pure Essence has that suites your preferences, they know what is good out there and is willing to give it to you in a small pill. Take advantage of it while you can.

At age 65 it’s a must for us to take supplements as our bodies no longer maintain needed vitamins and minerals! After two weeks of taking daily, I felt more energy and vitality then I had for a while. This IS a quality product and worth every penny to maintain good health!

I'm 49. I danced a lot back before March 2020 when we could still go to afterhours warehouse parties in L.A. These and lots of water are vital!I love these vitamins. I take this and a couple Alpha gpcs. These help your digestion. They help you pee a nice strong stream all yellow with vitamin B. They have whole food complex. Antioxidant stuff and male hormonal assistance things in there. I feel it on days I forgot to take it. It's the best multivitamin jar out there. 90 days supply. Just 1 a day.

I buy this for my son which he says it works good. He is only 23 years old.The only reason I don't give the product 5 stars is because there is folic acid in it instead of folate ( L-5MTHF). I spoke to someone at the company a year ago and they said they were looking into it, but the company apparently has not changed the folic acid to folate. So it makes me hesitant to buy the product, but the good thing is its only 1 supplement a day instead of taking 3 or 4 and it works better for my son that way.All the other ingredients in the product are fine. Hopefully the company sees this review and changes the folic acid to folate. If other companies would make a 1 a day with all the best ingredients I would change to that, but they usually want you to take 3 or 4 which can get crazy.

Like Pure Essence Labs brand a lot for its high potency and formulation that includes whole food supplements. Switched from their Family fits all multi to try the one designed for men. Comparatively less potent than the family version but like the single pill and I like the idea that the just for men is customized for males. Can’t feel the difference between the two but overall feels like it addresses any nutritional deficiencies in what I eat. Good product and will switch to this formulation moving forward.

I used to buy my Vitamins at a local health food store similar to Whole foods for almost twice the price! While at checkout I questioned the price, because I didn't recall them being so exspensive. The cashier directed me to Pure Essence. She had said that the in house nutritionist recommended this brand due to the price and the fact it has everything you need in a multi plus the most "Super Food" support in a one daily. I was hooked! In my internet travels I found these vitamins way cheaper. I was so amazed that I used to buy the One Daily for my Fiance' and I, but because I found them at such great prices I bought the Mens and Womens instead. So happy!
