Lorenzo is the gorgeous Italian super rich sexy man who's still married after a year of thinking he was legally divorced. This came as an unexpectedly happy surprise because he never wanted to be divorced in the first place. Angelina the beautiful successful socialite New Yorker found this out on the eve of her engagement party to someone else. I expected more and I have to say this book really lost me between chapter 4 and the last three chapters where it picked up nicely and delivered a very nice ending. This book took me forever to finish reading because I just kept putting it down. This writer is still one of my favorites and will buy whatever she writes.

I really liked this book. At first, the Hero came across as a jerk, but he got better. I loved the heroine's devotion to her dysfunctional family. I also loved the HEA when all the issues between the couple were finally resolved.I always liked Ms. Hayward's book & this one does not disappoint.

First chapter served its purpose as it captured the audience, but went down hill from there, found the book rather boring and struggled with sleep to the end. First chapter gave impression of an arrogant Lorenzo in need of a heir and will stop at nothing to get it, I did not see Angelina as a heroine in this story. They are both just 2 workaholic who failed communication.

This was about getting and giving second chances. The heroine was all set to marry another man when her ex husband came and told her that their marriage was still legal. And he wants her back. Will things be different this time? Or will old habits interfere?

I think I flatlined several times while trying to finished reading this book. Nothing by way of a story, just the usual droll. I didn't even detect any chemistry between these two. Boring

it wasn't a great book , just ok. I don't know if i will read recommend it again . it dragged in some places, which i skimmed over . to me the book was missing something . i moderately recommend

I was looking for a lighter read, and this wasn't it.The characters seemed to be well written, but this book from the get go deals with serious issues, grief, alcoholism, miscarriage, infidelity, family baggage, darkness of depression and people's different ways the go through to cope. I gave up part-way through the book. It wasn't what I was looking for. My bad.This is one of those learn-something books, that in the end would help a reader make better relationship choices of their own. So if that's what you're looking for, then this is the book for you.

A great read and a enjoyable story.

Ok Maybe it's me but I just could not get into this story , the main character's just did not gel together in my mind , lots of angst but !!!!!!!

A very good love story. I liked the way they came to realise how much they loved and needed each other.

It's best book I've ever had the pleasure to read and finally got to own a copy of this book
