very effective and works way better than the fiber gummy vitamins I have tried in the past. I decided to try them going low and slow and ive been taking 3 capsules/ once a day. The bottle recommends that dosage 2-3 times a day. With going once a day the effect was not tremendous but I did see improvement in my regularity. Now after about a week or two, i feel less bloated,my constipation is gone and bowel movements are a breeze. Highly recommend as a fiber supplement.

These work for their intended purpose and are much more affordable than many competing brands. I experienced bloating and stomach cramping at first, but both subsided after one to two weeks. Had to take them on a consistent basis otherwise the bloating/cramping came back. I also make sure to take other medications/vitamins 2-3 hours before or after since they can affect absorption.

I've dealt with really bad constipation ever since my Nissen fundoplication, and I've tried so many different things over the years with little success. I LOVE YOU, PSYLLIUM! Seriously. I have what we think is IBS-M. There are weeks I cannot stop going to the bathroom and there are weeks I am praying to go to the bathroom. For years my doctors have been telling me to use psyllium. I protested because everything I have tried has failed me or made my issues worse. This right here is the real deal if you struggle like I do. Within a few days I started going to the bathroom regularly. I am only taking three capsules a day (the bottle says 9 a day - that’s not happening), and the first few days I was super gassy and bloated. After that, smooth sailing. I am also horrible at swallowing pills and these are surprisingly small for a supplement. Drink a ton of water and you will be happy like I am!

Unfortunately, they didn't agree with my stomach. After taking them, I experienced bloating, nausea, and stomach discomfort, so I decided to stop using them. That may not happen to everyone, but it was my experience. If your digestive system tolerates psyllium well, this may be a good product. It simply wasn't the right fit for me.
