These laces have a sort of wax coating which repels water and also makes them a bit stiffer than other laces. This is quite good because it also reduces likelihood of slackening off. Much better than the laces that came with the CCM boots.

bought this on the spur of the moment, they're ok but certainly not professional grade ice hockey laces. the waxing is very light and the end part of the laces have started to split apart. have since ordered a branded pair of pro wax laces.

Some of the comments on here state they are NOT waxed, this is untrue for what I have received as they are moderately waxed, just the right length for senior skates (8.5) with a good amount of free lace, next day delivery, well packaged and a reasonable price

Was a little worried when I first opened the package it looked like one.. but woop its two lol 😆 super long laces perfect for my skates thanks
