For those who are looking to buy understand that You get one band for the price . You might see the more affordable options on amazon but let me just tell you that Quality is better than quantity. I have bought affordable resistance bands and haven't lasted me a month with the resistance I needed. this product on the other hand is great durable quality I've had mine for over a month. The band is up to my hip ( I'm 5'7) but it's perfecttt for versatile work outs. You can double strap it around your thighs or ankles to mimic smaller resistance bands and work perfect . Wrap it around your back to work out arms and more . I bought the red 4 kor band and I'm just Overall super happy I chose this over the other bands on amazon that I had to come back and write a review.

 I love the durability of this band! You can use this band for many exercises and mobility movements. I highly recommend this band.

I just received these so I haven't had time to test them long-term yet. However the product is as described and seems to be a very quality product. I'm 6' 235lbs and these bands had no issues when I used on my pull-up bar.Shipping was quick and as expected.

My physical therapist found these bands for me to assist with stretching deep hip muscles. I use both the purple and green bands. They are so helpful in allowing me to hold my hip in place so I can actually get into a proper kneeling stretch. The only drawback is actually finding anchor points in the house that are strong enough, right now I'm using the stairs. If you attach these to furniture you will need to get out of the way quickly as your furniture will move. I may need to actually need to create an anchor in a wall stud.

Immediately upon opening the shipping package I pull out a professionally packaged product. In the past I've ordered single item fitness products and it's the item by itself, no packaging (turn off). It's very clear @4korfitness takes every detail seriously. The black warrior band feels sturdy yet pliable enough to do what I've asked of it so far. I've been meaning to write this for weeks, but I've been too busy using them! I own and operate a personal training service. I specialize in corrective exercise and performance enhancement. 4kor bands are extremely versatile. The orange low resistance gets used almost every session in one way or another. Highly recommend these bands and 4kor products!

Bands work perfect for my workouts. Absolutely great for stretching! Other then that, these are another piece to add to my arsenal of toys. The bands seem like made of good quality. I'll give another review in a couple months, for I just received them and have to put some wear and tear on them to feel the full quality.

I picked this up after being impressed with the 4 KOR Fitness Set of 6 Resistance Loop Bands (12 x 2-Inch) with Carrying Case and Exercise Booklet, and I'm using it for assisted pull ups to get my shoulders back into something approximating working order. Looking forward to the day I take it off the chin-up bar, but in the mean time it's just enough, when combined with negatives, to get me where I need to go. Like everything else fitness related it wants to be used, so buy it, use it, and you won't have any regrets.Purple? Really?

Not gym quality. If you're looking for the bands you use at the gym... these are not it. Okay for home use.
