Arrived on time, but both the earphone case’s were broken and once I had unravelled one of them , they were broken. Volume controller doesn’t work either.

Opened the Amazon box to find the case for the headphones destroyed. The headphones didn’t work (both ear pieces). Got the 2nd ones out and worked for a day before giving up
