Good book but a little lacking on the specific motor I needed it for. Still got some info on how to do with it so I'm satisfied.

Very good detail in the book. Replaced my Mercury water pump using only the instructions from this book.Very easy to follow the instructions as well as it should have been otherwise I would not have been able to accomplish!In my words, "they dumbed it down"!

Good detailed manual.Was at first concerned that the manual covered both Yamaha and Mercury, but turns out that Yamaha makes Mercury engines so all is well covered.

The book is good to have in lieu of a manual specific to your engine. It covers 2.5 - 225HP 4-stroke Yamaha outboards and does an O.K. job. Good for what it is. If you are looking for a book on how to take care of your engine and troubleshoot this is not the book. This seems primarily for mechanics. Still I am glad I bought it.

A must have! When want to save costly repairs to your Outboard motor.Vary informative and easy to follow step by step directions. Plenty of imagesto help get it right.

This manual was ordered for me to be able for me to make my own repairs to my outboard motors and is very useful resources and I save a ton of money doing the repairs myself.

Exactly what I expected

This is a very complete manual for your outboard. lots of detail, etc., but I would have preferred a manual pertaining to less models, this is the only reason for not giving this Manual a "Five" star rating.It would be much easier for the consumer to use. But other than that, it is a good complete source of information.

Easy to read. Very clear to understand. With a little bit of knowledge one can use this guide to repair and replace parts of outboards.

As expected although you really have to pay attention to which engine your reading about. Delivery was quick.
