Way smaller than advertised
I purchased this for a small quail who is about the size of a conure. What I recieved is much smaller than expected. The belly strap is only 10 inches and the neck hole only opens a little over an inch. This thing is so small it wouldn't even fit over any of my budgies heads. The materials are about as expected, but it's completely useless as a harness since it won't fit even my smallest birds.

Product not suitable for animals. I hurt my parakeet a lot when trying to put it on. I do not recommend it
