Miracle Mile Toasted Pecan Bitters 4 oz

We bought these bitters to make deluxe old fashion and tequila mixers, And these biters did not disappoint. They are high quality and very flavorful compliments any whiskey or tequila beverage we make.

I agree with a previous review. Unfortunately the bitters are lost in the drink. Smells lovely, but tastes like nothing. If you add more thinking you can force the pecan flavor, you can't. It gets bitter and gross. I really wanted this to work. I tried it with bourbon and rye, several times, different recipes... Hopefully they get their recipe down, and you can taste the toasted pecan, as is, this is not worth the 33 bucks.**Edit I did have these bitters at Archlight Theaters in a drink called The Duke and it may have been the best take off an old fashioned I've ever had. And I had no problem tasting the toasted pecan in it. So I don't know if it was my bottle, or what? I did bump up my review one more star, but still think my bottle is a waste.

We love these bitters and use them in old fashioneds and even manhattans from time to time. But they're definitely on the expensive side.

I had pecan bitters in a drink at a bar in Austin. The drink was called the Matthew Pecanoughey, which I thought was hilarious. It was also delicious. I don't know the exact recipe for that drink but these are great in an old fashioned.

Really adds to the flavor of the cocktail. Delivery was quick as well and the seller kept in touch throughout. Highly recommend.
