Great quality backpack
I purchased two Refutuna backpacks for my teenagers, which worked well for our trip abroad. They are very well made. The solid outer shell protects electronics well, and despite its slim appearance, it can fit quite a bit. The anti-theft locks work great. Highly recommend.

Holds way less than the photos suggest
I packed an iPad in a folio, a pair of thin gloves, a hard case for my glasses, a folding clipboard, and a single USB power supply in this bag and somehow that was too much. I can't imagine fitting a 16 inch laptop in and having room for anything else. The notion that you could put a DSLR body and lens inside is laughable. I should return this but I'm probably too busy to ship it back so looks like I'm stuck with it. Total disappointment. Also note that the hardshell just covers the outer portion, so your gear isn't necessarily protected from much aside from objects impacting the shell itself. I wouldn't count on the shell to be at all effective for drop or crush protection, or in an overhead luggage bin. The shell seems more or less just for looks.Edit: after a month of use I am just struck again and again by how much I dislike this bag. It is so misleadingly small. It barely fits anything. Every time I go to pack it I am kind of amazed at how difficult it is to fit things in a way that doesn’t bulge against the zipper and shell. Opposite of a TARDIS - it looks bigger on the outside. Truly a “zero stars if I could” type product for me.

Overall high quality
I'm reviewing it after I've just received it so I haven't put it to the test yet.The bag looks very high quality. Almost everything about it is a quality addition. The handle is sturdy the straps are very well made, the mesh in the back it seems very high quality and very breathableThe form factor allows it to be stored under the seat or on and overhead bin really easily. That's really the strong point of this backpack is the form factor. There are a bunch of cool things like the usb-c port and the band on the mesh side of the backpack that allows it to be put on top of the handle for carry-on or your main luggage when you're walking around in an airportDo keep in mind though that this isn't a very roomy backpack. You can keep one laptop and a notebook with a few other items or maybe two laptops and a bunch of little miscellaneous stuff but you can't really put more than just essentials into it.I have 15-in laptop, a personal notebook, laptop charger and few other miscellaneous things and that is pretty much all I can carry comfortably. If I get rid of the notebook I would be able to carry headphones but not both.Otherwise it's very sleek and looks pretty damn awesome. Like some blade runner type stuff.

A Reliable and Secure Travel Companion - Exceptional Features for the Tech-Savvy Software Engineer!
This hardshell laptop backpack has proven to be an exceptional choice for my software engineer son's daily commute and travel needs. The combination of the hardshell construction, custom code lock, USB charging port, anti-theft pocket, and 180-degree opening all contribute to a secure, convenient, and organized experience. I highly recommend this backpack to anyone in need of a reliable and feature-rich bag to protect their valuable tech gear while on the move.

Mostly gets the job done - in style
I like the lookI like that it's mostly waterproofI like that it provides protection against people who would want to slice into the rear of the backpack to steal something if you're distracted while wearing it.The TSA lock and USB port are very good. You will have to buy your own battery - it should have both USB-A and USB-C output ports (because there are two cables inside the backpack of the types to hook up to the battery) that feed to the USB-A and USB-C output ports on the outside of the bag.Don't try to over stuff it - those glossy metallic zipper sliders and tabs combos feel like they're made of a brittle metal that can't handle too much pressure before it snaps. If you're having to exert to much effort to pull the tabs, maybe try digging your fingernail instead into the back part of the slider (directly against the zipper) to add pulling pressure. My only real negative critique is that I wish the inside of the backpack had been thought out better. The interior side (against your back) has the usual pockets and straps - - - but they should've provided an extra set of straps or ties to the hard shell side. That way you could attach more items - with the agenda of SPREADING THEM OUT EVENLY across the full length of the back pack. As it stands now, anything else that you throw in there (that's not in a pocket or held by a strap on the side against you back) falls to the bottom - creating an uneven thickness across the full length (fatter at the bottom) that forces you now to struggle to zip up the back pack - and possibly snap the zipper slider/tabs combo.

Just great!
What can I say... one of if not the best backpack I got! Smart design, lots of 'storage compartments'... Love it... and people think it's from outer space lol
