Does what it says on the tin, it working well and seems to be great quality especially for the price, really easy to use and my skin has started to regrow hair 👍

The product has attractive packaging and comes with a nice case. It appears to be of good quality. I followed the recommended cleaning and face preparation steps, including using isopropyl spray before and after use. Although I have only used it a few times, I have not noticed any noticeable difference in my skin yet.

This product seems to be of a professional standard . I love that it comes with a stylish case for hygiene purposes . It’s easy to clean with soapy water and then rubbing alcohol soak . Feels sturdy and well made . I’m using it for my hairline every 3 days . I’m sure there are results already . Impressed .

I have been wanting to try one of these for a while so jumped at the chance to try this. I recieved the 0.5mm roller.It is Stainless Steel so should not bend, rust, or cause allergic reactions. The roller helps to repair Skin and improves new collagen production that builds a new layer of skin. Especially effective for wrinkles, acne scars, sun damage, age spots, enlarged pores, cellulite, stretch marks and pigmentation of the skin.I noticed a difference in my skin after first use. It looked a lot clearer and less dull. I sprayed it with rubbing alcohol before and after to clean it. This is very important and stops any bacteria and infections.The sensation of rolling this around your face is like having pins and needles. It wasn't painful even when I pressed down quite firmly. My skin did go red but that soon went. I then applied a serum.Love this product.

I have been using a derma roller for sometime , this was has slightly longer needles and am more than happy with it. Speedy delivery. Would definitely buy this again

this derma roller is being used on my scalp and beard area and hasn't provided much of an improvement yet after about a month of usage on an every other day basis. This is made very well and the needles are high quality. I typically derma roll every other day after applying minoxidil. Hoping for positive results after a few more months of using. Highly recommend to clean before and after each use to ensure nothing gets rolled into your pores that is unwanted. these are micro needles that can puncture your head and face, so be cautious.

I got this item in hopes to obtain a fuller beard. Just started the treatment. It isn’t miserable but it is slightly uncomfortable at times as it is a small needle prickling your face. The discomfort goes away though within 30 minutes to an hour so it really isn’t that big of a deal. I have high hopes for this item so I will update this review in the future.

This is advertised as real needles, but it is actually a gear mechanism with tapered tips. I have used real needle, derma rollers, and this one is not it.
