I got this to go in my laptop bag. I used to have a similar tiny mouse years ago, but it has since gone to where tech devices go to pass away peacefully. Anyway, used this during my vacation and it worked great. Love that it doesn't need batteries. The retractable cord pulls out to be plenty long enough for me to work without noticing any limitations of length. The color is bright and easy to recognize in a bag. Plugged it into my laptop and it started working. I wanted it to be able to do some photo editing while on the go.

These work very well, especially on airplanes and other places where space is limited. I use my computer on airplanes, and these are a perfect size for the seat back tray in front of me. I have a lot of things on my office work desk, and these are much better than the standard big bulky ones. Also, they connect directly to a USB port on my computers and there is no battery to run down.

Product worked well up until days before the window for replacement closed. The retractable portion quit working. I'm pleased that I was able to get a replacement but does cause any delay in use as I had to deal with the loose cord which was what I needed to avoid. All in all, hopefully the new one does better because for the price point this thing is tiny and worked well.

Update: This lasted about 6 months with daily use (and a toddler that drops things). Now it works if I get the USB angled just right. For the price point, I'd still recommend it or buy it again.Original: I got this to replace a different small mouse that my preschooler uses for his online class.PROS:• It works great with his small hands. It's even easy for me to use.• The retractable cord makes it nice and portable.• It functions as it should.• Great price at less than $5!(As far as gaming goes, my son's classes are play-based learning, and this mouse works well with multiple, rapid clicks. We haven't tested it beyond that.)CONS:• The small size might not be comfortable for those with bigger hands.• The retractable cord might not last too long if kids play roughly with it.Overall: I recommend this mouse, because it is inexpensive, portable, and functional.

If you have large hands this is NOT the mouse for you. I love it because well I am only 4'9 so I have tiny hands and it's fine for me for a portable mouse, but when I say something feels super small in my hands, because well I have hands the size of a 6 year old, then it's SMALL. I guess what I am saying is guys and gals with normal adult hands may not feel comfortable using this?The retractable cord is nice, but I will warn you the first time I pulled it, it got really tangled, so be careful to allow it to pull from both ends. I got it fixed and now it works just fine. The initial pull is a little tricky though. It seems to have a good DPI speed, which is important to me. I usually use my gaming mouse cranked up to "it's obviously on crack" level.Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something small, portable and won't get lost as it plugs into your USB port. I have had several wireless mice for my laptop, I went through three in less than two months. Either I lose the mouse altogether, or I lose some little part of it that it needs to work. This one is foolproof if you have a hard time keeping up with where you put things. I just leave it plugged in all the time as my laptop normally just stays downstairs on the kitchen table or in the living room. And because it's retractable you can just leave it plugged into your laptop even if you are carrying it around.

Cute. Not working. Tried to connect to different devices, MacBook and windows machines, different USB c ports. Actually I need it for my travel MacBook, but I tried different computers to make sure if it is working or not. No way. Laser light not lighting, mouse not recognized by computer, NOT WORKING.Replacement received next day, but it didn't help, because 2nd mouse also not lighting not working. To return it back, for some reason instead of the store where I previously returned Amazon items in my town, it offered some options in 7+ miles from my house, I am not going to drive so far to get a refund for such a cheap item.

I got this to replace another travel-sized mouse I've been using daily for about 10 yrs. I prefer the small ones, the full size ones make my hand tired. This one is a good compact size, comforable to use, feels substantial, and the cord is long enough and retractable (on a wheel, not into the mouse). It has textured sides for a firm grip, although the grooves gather gunk quickly and it's tedious to clean. It's a fun color - I got the blue - and was a great price. Unfortunatly, after just a couple months of daily use, the scroll wheel stopped working. It also has always had issues with highlighting - it will only highlight text in one direction, oddly, and is persnickety about retaining the highlighting after the mouse button is released, causing repeated effort to do one task. It's nearly new, yet I can only use it for basic point and click functions as it quickly deteriorates. If you're just going to use this once in a while, maybe it will be fine for longer, but as your regular daily mouse, maybe not the best choice.

This is a smaller mouse that is easy to use and carries well in my laptop case! I love the size !
