Easily digestible

The product seems of high quality when you compare the phenolic compounds to similar products.

I bought this PomXtra so I could help take care of my arteries and heart. Pomegranates are high in Omega 5 which our body needs and it is a very powerful anti oxidant. These soft-gels will take care of your omega 5 needs. They contain the oil from the seeds which is shown to help lower cholesterol and protect the heart and arteries. I am taking them every day and am going to order more. Very easy to swallow and no after taste or belching. They work good for me.

Other reviews mention ease of swallowing as a positive feature, but I am finding them hard to swallow, even after coating them with olive oil. They are football shaped capsules, and though they don't look that big in the bottle to me, I can feel a bit of irritation when one passes down my throat. I also use his iodine product and I'm very happy with that, so I expect good results with the pomegranate capsules, but I'm going to see if I can find a liquid version of pomegranate seed oil that is safe for internal use when I finish this bottle.

I never used these before but I researched them and one of there benefit is that it good for wrinkles and cell rejuvenation from sun damage and that helps with a healthier skin ..So I was sold immediately I take the lipoic Acid pills also that focusing on wrinkles and complexion also.. Love them

Easy to swallow

I read about this and decided to take it(I usually do that lol) so I ended up liking it! It’s pretty good. I use it for different things as I read. It’s good and I would recommend to try it out.
