This light was a Christmas present and was used approx. 12-15 hours per day for about 45 days or until mid-February when the light suddenly stopped working and now only very dimly flickers as other reviewers have mentioned. I contacted Amazon and they told me to contact the seller as it was past the return window. I emailed the seller and they promptly responded on Feb 13th and said that it's the power supply and that they would send me a new one. As of today, March 4th, I have not received any new power supply and the product support option is now closed and I have no way to contact the seller. A 50,000 hour lifespan is a big claim they make reference to on their ad for the product. Ours lasted closer to 675 hours, the way I figure. The light was great while it worked, but I would never again purchase this product or from this seller again at this point. I will modify my review if I happen to receive a new power supply anytime soon, assuming it resolves or would resolve the issue.Update: Seller replied, shipped a new power supply to me and it resolved the issue. So far, so good. Hopefully, this power supply outlasts the first one.

I was not required to write a review, and receiving these cheaper is simply a nice bonus; I'd be happy even if I had paid much more for them.I got these lights about six weeks ago so I could isolate some of my cat's favorites in my north-facing office. He had been very hard on them, and these lights have been an essential part of their recovery. But, even in plants that hadn't been damaged by the cat, these lights have made a huge difference. My aglaonema and ficus have shown new growth for the first time in MONTHS. My donkey tail is startingly healthier than the plant was when I started using these lights, my haworthia is blooming in December, and everybody is shooting out babies. I notice new growth somewhere almost every time I look, and it makes the whole process of growing plants even more enjoyable.I use the lights on maximum intensity for 12 hrs/day because most of the plants here love lots and lots of sun. The exact placement of everything has changed over time (thanks, kids and pets!), but the results from this light have been far above my expectations. I would love to have an easier way to convert to sit on a table or shelf rather than using the stand, and I did have to return once because the lights wouldn't turn on (it was completed without a hitch). But those are honestly my only complaints, and I would buy this light again in a heartbeat if I needed one.(Although it is not a perfect indicator, I like to check the light intensity of my growlights. I use the Lux app. Readings were all in the 5,000-12,000 range on the first shelves. Hopefully this info helps someone.)

I bought this lamp a little over 3 months ago to give a few potted lemon trees some much-needed light while indoors during a Pennsylvania winter. The initial setup isn't difficult, although I had a little trouble understanding the timer function, as it's not immediately clear when you have it set -- you have to wait for 12 hours (or 3 or 6, whatever you chose) to see if the light will go off as expected. And, FYI, the timer is not clock-based, it's literally 12 hours from exactly when you set it. So if you turn it on at 7:12 AM, it'll go off at 7:12 PM, then come on again the next morning at 7:12.After 3 months of working well, the lamp suddenly started flickering rapidly and not responding to unplugging/replugging or any pushing of buttons. I reached out to the company, and they sent me a replacement power supply cord -- problem solved. It's working great again, and the lemon trees seem relieved. (Or maybe that's just me.) Good investment for gloomy winters!

Theoretically, the idea of four separate lights versus one seemed better, especially when they cost about the same. In practice, the spread of light over a greater area was better! The ability to spread the lights out of a broader area and adjusting the height are great advantages and my indoor plants seem to be happy. One one complaint is that the timer does not work accurately. If I put it at the 12 hour mode, it goes for 10 hours. In the 6-hour mode, it fluctuates too and at the 3-hour mode, it may or may not go three hours. However, there is a on-off button that works just fine as long as I remember to turn it off after 12 hours, the lights work for me. Also, you can attach the unit to a timer and leave the light in the on position so that there is no need for human intervention. This would be great for when you're away on vacation. There's also a light spectrum switch which changes the light wavelength from 400 to 840nm imitating sunlight. Overall, I'm happy with my choice and I'd recommend it to those looking for an indoor Grow Light.

Using the lights for indoor flower seed trays. Easy to set up and adjust as plants grow. Wish the lights were longer but I knew their length when I purchased them. Once you plug them in wait to turn them on at the time you want them on daily, then choose the duration.

The first time I purchased these lights I was so PLEASED. IN MY Opinion THEY WHERE EXCEllent plant lights . My plants where so healthy and pretty. They have cut down the lights in size considerably! While they have the same number of rows of light as well as the same number of light per row they are MUCH SMALLER. The fist light measures approximately 7and 3/4 inches. The new ones measure less than 5 and 1/2 approximately. There is much less surface coverage. In my option not as bright. The first lights where purchased the later part of 2021.

I received mine (full spectrum, white) and I was very pleased with it. It does not heat up, makes no noise, very bright on max settings but can be deemed as desired, everything works as described. The span of lamps is up to 4 feet wide. I would purchase again and I highly recommend it.

It’s been set up for a few days and my plants are sprouting and doing great. So excited for my garden this year! This is totally work the money!
