I love this kit
I love this kit!!! I bought it for a long car trip and I have to tell you it was a steal at the price I paid and I use it at home every day!!! LOVE IT!!!!

Is for women so too small for men so it didn't work for me but look good and I will give to my sister

Good Buy for the price
For the price this product is an overall good buy! The only downside of this product is that the fabric tends to shed. Also with this product you can only place the items in the freezer for no more than 1 hour or the gel pack turns rock solid. And when you do place the items in the freezer make sure you place them on the silk side when laying them flat in the freezer. If you place them laying on the fabric side the fabric will freeze to the freezer's shelf ( or whatever surface you place them on) and the fabric will start to come off. That is what happened to mine the first time I used them ( this is not stated in the instructions). The instuctions for usage of the gel packs (in the freezer or refrigerator) are stated right on the gel packs. Also the neck pillow is just a standard pillow and does not include any gel packs.
