We used this for a church youth group water gun battle and it works great! Shoots a good stream a long distance and held more water than the other water guns there!

Chasing feral cats for 7 months with it.
Got it because frustration w feral cats on our property. Better than my spouse’s suggestion plus gives something for him to do in retirement.

Very Nice Soaker
I love my huge soaker! It works good in every way. ONLY reason it did not get 5 stars is that it leaks a lot. I have to sit it standing and propped up all of the time or it will leak out of a few different areas. I do love using it!

Not like the super soakers we had growing up.
Leaks from the top cap and front tip. Also does not have a trigger. It sprays when you pump it. Bought it because the old super soaker name meant quality. Disappointed to say it no longer does.

Great for Soaker
I use it to soak down wasps nests with soapy water and control them around my eaves of the house.

Disappointing
When I was a kid, a Super Soaker had a water tank that was pressurized by pumping air into it. You then pulled the trigger and it shot water until it had no more pressure, and you pumped air again. This one doesn't do that. I don't know why they put a fake trigger on it. It has an internal water tank which is pretty big, and it seems that it has an internal divided section where water pours in from the tank when you move the slider forward, and then shoots out when you move the slider back. Which means you get short bursts of water with each pump, and also that it takes quite a bit of strength (I'm a 34 year old man... can't imagine a young child using this effectively). This in itself is disappointing given what I expected, but the bigger problem is that the way it's configured means that in order for water to make its way from the main tank into the 'shooting' section, the gun has to be horizontal. If you angle it down a bit (especially when it's not completely full), it doesn't fill and no water shoots out. I haven't tried angling up. Disclosure: I didn't buy this to play water gun battles - I thought it would be a great tool for shooting water to clean things like the shower and my lawn chairs (I live in an apartment building with a patio but don't have a spigot outside).
