This book is my therapy. I had to buy it after I reached half of the PDF version of this book, because I always preferred hard copy. I'm so glad I bought it. 10/10 quality. It can with other products in a whole box. The package could be better if bought individually because there was no cover individually for the book in my order.

The book is perfect and the activities are amazing. I'm on Week 2 and I can already feel a shift. It also depends on how you perceive spirituality. It may not work if you are an extreme skeptic, but still, consider giving it a try. If you can subvert specific beliefs, it may work on you. But it'll work well with people who are already religious or deeply spiritual.
