Can not go wrong with MRO—I’ve been using this product for over a decade and love it. The liquid aspect is why I initially tried MRO, but now I stick with it because I trust the product.

I like this multivitamin because it has a nice flavor and makes it easier to take. I feel that when it is taking consecutively it does help the immune system.

I have been taking this for 2 weeks now, and I cannot believe how much it has helped my energy! I wake up with out that foggy morning feeling. I also can tell my skin is looking better! I was nervous about the taste/ consistency, but it is actually really good. Already ordered another bottle!

I’m not sure if Mary Ruth has changed their formula but the first time I used Mary Ruth’s years ago, I loved it and I could feel the difference. I’ve never taken a multivitamin. We actually felt the difference, but now that Mary Ruth steps become a large well-known company. The quality is not there anymore and I’m not too happy that they have collaborated with liquid death. how are you going to have a vitamin company and then collaborate with liquid death?

I love this so much I have it auto ship. Tastes good and I just prefer liquid vitamins.
