I never write reviews but based on all the bad reviews, I felt I should. It shows up as a clump, I should of taken a before pic, I just took like 10 min and unclumpled it. I know not a word. Think of a Christmas tree. You see the pic on the box but when you open the box, all the limbs are down. Got this, it’s in the heart shape but all the branches with gems on it are pushed down. You just separate and pull them up. That should be explained but it’s not. I just found it self explanatory. It looks how it should now and came in a really nice box too.

It arrived in a beautiful secure box… However it is a bit munched and disheveled… I see you have instructions showing how to maximize its beauty… It took me an hour of playing with it, before it was to my satisfaction… I enjoy flower arranging… For those that don’t have a talent or patience… This could be disappointing… The products quality is excellent… I hope my photo helped with the size… I would have given a five star, but it took some work to get it looking beautiful.
