Great supplement!
Great choice for vitamin C supplements! Capsules are quite large but very easy to swallow if you are consistent with them and have them with a drink. Would recommend!

More than one a day.
I bought these not knowing they were more than one a day to get the total stated dose. This made them more expensive than my usual brand. I take a minimum 3g of vit C daily. Simply not cost effective for me.

Like bullets
Value for money, but absolutely huge like bullets. Need to take with plenty of water to avoid getting stuck in the back of your throat. Mad me gag. Hope to purchase something smaller the next time
