Disappointed with this item as advertised. Doesn't hold a shine and after application tires look good for a day then looks like I drive through dirt. I wouldn't recommend!

as others have said, if you are not ready for the prep, do not buy, if you can handle it, your gonna love the end result, but the prep is an azz kicker. I ordered on a thursday so it wasnt avail to me till tuesday, i had red the prep, so i figured i would "cheat" the system, i used my eletric drill with my tire bush and fantastic, two scrubbings and the foam was white, i then used Armor all extreme tire cleaner 3 times on each tire with a hand brush. i mean i seriously scrubbed each tire like the directions stated. so imagine my dismay when i first used the dura cleaner on my tire and the foam turned instantly dark brown. I put the brush on the tire and sprayed the cleaner into the side to avoid over spray and kept a wet rag incase i got it on the rims. This cleaning process is no joke, scrub up and down in circles left and right and make sure to rinse your brush between cleanings, after 3 intense scrubbing on each tire i thought i was done, but i listened to the directions that state when you think you are done, clean again, a few areas with very light brown in the foam, one more pass and i was finally done. made sure the tires were completly dry and rolled car up on 2x4 in the garage. application was a breeze, ,y tires have a bevel by the rim, so i got some over sized "q-tips" and put some on only one sode and applied that way, i found by working on the tire in 1/3 worked best. wiped on the patted all the crevices letters etc. it will leave small bubbles that just wipe away, i put 3 coats on each tire with about 5 minutes dry time between each,i was able to let each side cure in the sun for an hour and parked inside over night. i waited 48 hours and put on 2 more coats using the same application/cure. it was a ton of work at first, but the results are amazing. 6 weeks later i was going to reppaly and washed my tires aand let them dri. they still looked so fgood i left them alone. i do park outside and drive a decent ampint every day, i wash my car every week and use a soft auto brush to clean everything, the tires shine right up after teh road grime is gone, again a tone of prep. but application is a breeze and lasts for im guessing months after my 6 week results. im good till i sell the car or get a new set of tires.

For the moment I'm giving this 5 stars. Of course much of this is dependent on longevity (I just applied yesterday). Here's my thoughts and tips: 1. Absolutely make sure you thoroughly clean with step 1. You'll see all the garbage washing off. This stuff sits almost like a ceramic coating of sorts and is engineered, im sure, to bond on plastics. So removing the crud greatly improves bond. 2. Make sure you wear the nitrile gloves. The step 1 is seriously stong stuff. Even on brand new tires I cleaned twice to make sure. If you've used or been using tire dressings you'll require every bit of 4 or 5 cleanings. Its not overly labor intensive. The brush is supplied and rinse quickly with hose...no big deal. 3. Make sure you spray the cleaner on the brush, not the tire! You don't want this to overspray. I even stepped away a little when applying to brush. 4. The actual dressing comes out very liquidity. Not sure what I was expecting but that surprised me. Do this; apply very little at first. If you over saturate the applicator pad and then apply to dry tire and really does kind of pour out over the tire. You don't want that. Itll get all over the wheel and it "sets" quickly. Getting it off the wheel can be a pain; if not done right away. I kept a wet rag next to me for that very purpose. So, after you apply a light coating then I did 2 more; much thicker. If youll do that it seems to bond to itself fast and you get significantly less run off. Spread evenly; no big deal other than that. At first you'll think its not doing much but trust me, once it begins to set/cure, you'll see it. Looks great! I really don't think you'll need more than 3, absolute max. 5. Also, make sure the tire is completely dry. 6. I applied to mud tires which have tones of side wall grooves, real pain. But most tires itll be a quick process. With that said, just make sure you really get all the spots. I would absolutely not get this on the actual contact points of the tire. I could see how it may cause issue with traction. Lastly, its definitely a process. Worth it, however. Especially if this will be the last dressing application ill ever really have to do. We'll see how this stuff holds up through rain and all. I can see how it runs everything off though because its not like a "tacky" tire gel or spray that takes hours to set and slings all over. Its kinda like that glue bandaid stuff. It creates this plastic type coating that nothing will stick to...almost like paint or something, pretty cool. As long as there's no tire damage and it holds up like they say then this stuff is the real deal, ill say that. You'll see my pictures of one side done and the other not (for reference)

It works amazing but you have to make sure you take your time and get all of the other products that you have on your tires off and do le even a drop off water hit it while curating because it doesn’t look good. I am going to have to redo one my tires. Little drop fell on it and disaster. (Time consuming)
