Pacific Foods Enriched Soy Plant-Based Beverage, 8 Fl Oz (Pack of 24)

Great flavor. I bought this primarily for smoothie making. Because of our cold winters, the last thing I want is a cold smoothie! So I have still been able to make room temperature smoothies by buying these and not refrigerating them. Perfect portion size as I usually use one of these and a same size almond milk for a 16 oz. smoothie. I also take them for work for a healthy snack. Love the convenience!

First, I love that this milk is shelf stable. And I love the single serve containers. I no longer have to waste a half used container of spoiled milk. Also, the taste is amazing. It is literally the best soy milk I have ever had. And it is incredibly convenient because of the single serve, shelf stable packaging to take with you without worrying about it spoiling.

More substantial than most shelf stable soy milk I've tried, though less creamy than the Silk's refrigerated soy milk, which is what my local market carries. This soy milk does separate a lot in my coffee, but it tastes really good on its own or with cereal. I love the containers. Even after the seal is broken, I can shake the carton and the cap doesn't leak at all. I haven't tried carrying it half full in a backpack for hours on end, but I shook one a lot just to see and it stayed sealed tightly. I'll use these carefully, as I don't like unnecessary waste and it's a lot of tiny containers, but these will really come in handy on days when I'm away from home and need something more substantial than water.

I won't be technical and have a health kick vibe to my review. I first had this milk when I was deployed to Iraq back in 2009-10. I loved it while out there and would drink this every morning with my breakfast. I came back to the States and looked for it EVERYWHERE not remembering the name brand doesn't help either LOL! No luck..... Something told me to check on Amazon and I found it! Very great taste and it's not thick nor does it have the after taste that most milks have. I love it! Even my nephew and nieces love it which is hard to get them to drink milk unless it's with cereal. Everyone should try it!

There are a lot of kind of negative reviews for this product. Here is what I have experienced: it is a single serving, unflavored soy milk. This is nearly impossible to find (Silk used to make one, but no longer does). When you have a toddler with severe food allergies, a safe/plain soy milk in single servings is an amazing find. My daughter drinks this well, the date was pretty far out and it was very reasonable/shipped free. Perfect for our needs. The product does not come with a straw as it has a plastic drinking port, like the top of a water bottle or the drinking spout from a coconut water. The straw isn’t really necessary for the product design.

This was my first time ordering this product. As someone who has drunk soymilk nearly daily for the past 30 years, I think having an 8 oz. chocolate soymilk fills a big need for those of us who are looking for a convenient & portable protein and energy drink. But I was extremely let down by the taste. To me, it tastes like Pacific hired Silk to make their soymilk for them, then put their own brand name on the package. It tastes exactly like Silk, too chocolaty and is way too sweet, just as Silk is. I think they misread the tastebuds of people who are looking for this type of product. We are trying to eat less salty and sugary foods. My favorite soymilk is chocolate Soy Dream, which has a rich & creamy flavor and 7 grams of protein per 8 ounces. This, along with Silk, has only 5 grams of protein per 8 ounces and a too-sweet, more watery consistency, a little too heavy on the chocolate sauce. Although I wish Soy Dream came in an 8 ounce package, Pacific could definitely take somethng from the playbook of Imagine foods and their Soy Dream product. i give it 3 stars, just okay.

I bought a case of these in 2020, and they were fine. They contain sugar, which I would prefer unsweetened, but I knew that before I bought them.However, I purchased these a couple of months ago, but the expiration date was too close and I couldn’t use them up that quickly. I bought them because I like make soy lattes at home, but I only drink one maybe once or twice a week at most. If I open a larger box, it gets wasted. I couldn’t use up the case before they were expired, so most were thrown away. Such a waste.

These are my favorite packable soy milk boxes. It tastes great alone or on cereal. They have screw top caps that can be securely closed if you don't finish the whole box. Great calcium content (40% daily value), protein a little lower than others (5 grams versus 6 with Silk and 7 with Soy on the Go). Low sugar content is another big plus. This has 9 grams versus 16 with Silk and 12 with Soy on the Go.
