I prefer to drink the aged spirits neat from a glass like this as the overall design allows for a nice concentration of aroma at the nose. I like these glasses as the pattern matched other rocks glasses I already use. Overall the glasses are a good size for a few ounces of your favorite pour. I find that these glasses are great for drinking aged spirts such as cognac, burbon, scotch, tequila or amarac. The glass appears well made without any flaws and has good weight/hand feel. The glasses look great and are just the right size, they are a good design for tasting. I will say for the price they are a decent deal (about $20 at time of review). While the base is thick and heavy the sides are thin, but they don't flex. So they seem to be good quality glass but I'd suggest hand washing and using care.

I am kind of a whiskey snob. I got these because they match my rocks glasses. They actually work really well. I'd say they work just as well as the glens I have. I have had more people comment on them also. All in all they are a good glass. Give them I try.

My husband loves good whiskey and likes drinking it out of glencairn glasses. He has a few other whiskey glasses, all similar shape. These tasting glasses are similarly shape, though a bit elongated, making them appear more narrow.They're beautiful glasses. The listing says they're crystal, but they actually seem more like glass. And, honestly, I don't know really the difference, except the edges really look rounded like glass, not cut like I expect crystal to look.Regardless, they're nice glasses, would make a great gift and are a nice change from the glencairn style. Not sure if they're better or worse-- but they are beautfiul glasses.

Poorly made one was cracked when I received it, they aren’t even the same size very disappointed.

These are lovely. A little bigger than I expected but still perfect for my scotch and bourbon loving hubby who often enjoys a drink and a cigar with a friend. The glass is thin and delicate, just the way he likes his scotch glasses and the etching is very pretty. They come in a plain cardboard box but it is well padded inside and giftable. I would order these again.

Poor packaging for glass. First set was cracked. Had to reorder, second set was good, but packaging very light for a glass item.
