No stop on the tips of pliers to keep snap ring from slipping up the ends of the pliers. really poor design and not well thought out. Will need modifications to make them work correctly. Suggest buying another style.

Nice package and well built medium sized pliers.I always have trouble with the cheaper ones flexing too much.Only downside with these (and all others!) is they allow the C clip to ride up on the jaws too far, making it tricky to install against flush surfaces (like bearings)

Bought last dec knowing i will eventually need them just used them once and they already bent not a good tool for heavy duty mechanic thank you

Don’t think you’ll be able to do the big stuff. The tips aren’t hardened and they bend. Also the tips aren’t small enough for the real small c clips.

Ordered new, received an open and used set. I did not return as I needed them for a time critical job, but when I buy a new tool, I expect to receive one that is not scratched up and covered in oil. for what its worth, they are ok pliers, and would have been worth the price if they were unused I think. Buyer beware.

Nothing positive about this product. Worst part is the bad fit of the end pins. Just very cheap.
