Review: Nothing much really needs to be said. Mobil 1 oil and their filters have always been top tier. I use mobil 1 religiously in my own cars. It seems that this filter is an alternate model number from the old mi-104. And some brief research states the "a" to the Mobil 1 part number signifies possible longer OCI's over the regular one. IIRC 99.0 @ 25 microns vs the new 99.6?% @ 30 microns. But if that's the case, the older model filter will filter better/more efficient over the new one. 25 micron vs 30 micron. Smaller is better....at least when talking about oil filters lol. Needless to say I decided to put one in anyway only because Mobil 1 has a good reputation. Also just note that desertcart isnt accurate with most of the parts for your car. I have a 2018 wrx as one of my cars and a lot of parts I see that I know fits my car, it will say "does not fit" on the desertcart site. So be aware of that. I now look for parts for 2015 wrx because you get a broader, more definitive parts that fit list. 2015-2018 wrx are all the same btw. Just for those who want to know. I almost gave this a 4 stars but I couldn't discredit the actual part. The reason why I really wanted to put 4 stars was because there was a delay with the shipping. So I couldn't penalize the actual part for the rating. I actually dont know who's to blame. It was supposed to do my oil change last weekend but a late shipping forced me to postpone my oil change to this weekend. Not the end of the world but it kinda sucks when you're expecting a part for a weekend you're off from work, then it says delayed and now you can't do it.

(when the world aint going crazy) I put on LOTS of miles, between 1000-1250 a week. when you break down the price of the "other products" you pretty much break even. with this you get peace of mind that you are not damaging your engine. the bonus is that you dont have to change it as often, which for the DIYer like myself is less time crawling under the car, for the pay someone else type person... now THAT is money you will be saving.

A: Google is your friend. You can find all the compatibility for oil and oil filters on the mobile one website. According to the website, the Aveo LT uses the M1C-257 or M1C-257A filter.

**Q: will this fit 2017 hyundai ioniq hybrid sel?**
A: yup

A: Google "2019 Optima Mobil1 oil filter". The search will tell you your specific filter model/part#. Side note, most Hyundai & Kia 4 cylinder engines made over at least the last decade or so take the same filter. Good luck!

**Q: What's the difference between m1-104 and m1-104a? the application is an fa20 (4u-gse) engine.**
A: the m1-104 is the old number. There might be some filters still out there with that number. The m1-104a is the new part number. So the two appears to essentially be equivalent but the one with the "a" will be a bit newer and is replacing the one without the "a".
