ABCCANOPY 10x20 Outdoor Gazebo - Patio Gazebo with Mosquito Netting, Outdoor Canopies for Shade and Rain for Lawn, Garden, Backyard & Deck (Khaki)

I bought this because it looked nice in the description and pictures. I've had soft gazebos before but this one is terrible. It's so bad I tried to write a review a couple of times and got so upset I couldn't even write the review. It was fairly easy to assemble but The top cover is not big enough to overlay on the main cover. Wind and rain lifted up and you get soaking wet under the gazebo. The sides fill up with water like a big balloon. You can see daylight through some of the stitching right out of the package. I don't know if I didn't pay attention to the full description or what but I thought that I was buying a gazebo that had privacy sides but there aren't any curtains. It's just a decoration to cover the poles. When you first open the package and go to put the screens up they smell so bad it was making me sick to my stomach while I was trying to hang them. Don't waste your money. It's not worth it. Spend the extra money for a good quality one if you want to use it for shade or protection from the rain

This 20x10 took an hour and a half to put up- 2 men putting it up. Any more people and it would have been too much and they would have been in the way. It would have taken less but we had two hiccups. Make sure the A1 & A2 and A1 & A3 are in the right spots haha!! 10/10 the first night we went though a Florida heavy rain storm and I was able to sit under it WITHOUT getting wet. The middle of the gazebo did drip some water and I could see where there were bigger stitches dripping the water. But overall it stayed very dry and I was really impressed! I was thinking there was privacy walls with this because of the fabric in the picture on the poles but those are just decor for it. Hardly any bugs get in but we did invest in a bug zapper and it’s come handy because some bugs have gone around the net. My boyfriend who gets eaten alive by mosquitoes is able to finally sit outside at night time thanks to this! So glad we bought this and wish we did it sooner!Also we don’t have it cemented in yet and it has lasted the rain each night (Florida showers) and the wind.

First of all, Amazon was amazing in shipping and returning of this item.The gazebo is beautiful and we were very excited to use it after a very difficult and arduous setup.The very day it was set up we had a very brief thunderstorm. After the first gust of wind we noticed the gazebo lifting off the ground ( it was staked down). We immediately took off the canopy so it would not fly away.After the storm (less than 30 minutes) we discovered the frame had snapped in three places ( see photos).We contacted the seller who offered us a $50 refund and suggested we find someone to weld it back together. They were not willing to honor their 30 day return policy.We obviously contacted Amazon to return the product for a full refund.The product is beautiful and we desperately wanted it to work, but it is poorly designed and their customer service is horrible. Please be cautioned.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVED this gazebo!... it was great!... big enough to create a gorgeous outdoor living room of sorts. I so enjoyed spending bug free days and evenings in my space ... but now I'm not so thrilled.Firstly, the frame was bent when I first received the box. The company did send a replacement. I want going to even mention it ... but, I had to go through Amazon to get a reply ... they simply didn't respond to me.I did try to contact the company again after it was all put together to see if they had a weather resistant back panel to purchase and I received a partial response... they asked me for the order number which I provided... then heard crickets.Now two months later and it's collecting water ... there is no way to fix it because it's stretched out and the latest rainfall has created a second water bubble right next to the first one ... again, the company hasn't responded to my mail. So Here I am, dumping water out of the bubbles after each rainfall. It's a mess in there and I'm very disappointed.This wasn't a cheap product. You'd think the company would be more receptive.Perhaps you might want to purchase a gazebo with a solid top rather than a fabric one... if you are considering this product, I'd think twice.

I love this gazebo!! I installed it with 3 of my friends, wasn’t that difficult. The directions are straight forward and pretty self-explanatory. It has rained very hard the last week and no rain ever got inside. The quality is excellent, very sturdy.The quality of the material is high-quality, and the netting as great. Provides a lot of shade, and also protects from the rain ! I love this large gazebo

Incredibly disappointed at how fast it broke and rusted. Bought this canopy in February and it began rusting and some of the smaller parts began breaking apart. By the end of April, it's completely destroyed. What a waste. I'm highly disappointed.

I bought this gazebo at the end of summer 2023 and it sat in storage until April 2024. Construction was not difficult and took less than 2 hours. The canopy looks loose fitting and the vent top separates with a slight wind and allows bugs in. A few of the netting secure rings were broken so I had to purchase other rings. I added more sand bag weights after the initial set up but that did not stop the gazebo to topple to the size. I called for replacement parts to replace the two shorter sides and I was told to contact a welder because they do not sell or offer replacement parts. Luckily, my neighbor is a welder and was able to help me. During the repair, we found that the welding in the construction was very poorly done with bars being only welded on two of the four sides. The gazebo has only been up for two and a half months and the color has gone from a nice dark gray to a light purple.For the price, I do not recommend purchasing this gazebo if you are looking for a piece to last. It is poorly constructed and customer service is terrible. They essentially want you to buy a new product if yours is damaged and you have to pay your own shipping for returns, which is well over $50.

Great quality and really easy to put up.

Very easy to set up. Had to buy weights to hold the gazebo down as it could not be screwed onto the deck. Had a wind storm, it didn’t budge. The layered top allows the wind to flow through easily. It’s only been up 2 weeks, haven’t had hail or a lot of rain yet. Might come back and update review later.Loving it, so far.
