Flavor often helps me drink water, so I keep packets on hand. They usually have a bunch of chemicals and colors, though, so I thought I'd try these. Yep. They're better for me--I can tell by the taste lol! Also, I often put flavor packets in club soda for a slightly healthier soda drink than Dr. Pepper. Any flavor packet will bubble some, but these cause a Vesuvius.

I bought it a couple months back and I had to try it again love how has help me, the consistency the texture, it soluble easy the flavor it has help me with my appetite control my joints health. I can’t say something else more than it is great the money invested was worse it.
