Loved the fact that it came with all the attachments needed. Easy to install & works great. Water taste good from it . Flow is plenty to fill your cup or pot quickly. Looks good also all chrome.

Very easy to install. Only took about 10 minutes. No tools needed. The enclosed directions are precise and easy to follow as my photos show.I did forget was to add the white O ring before screwing the purifier on the faucet which caused spraying and leaking. Once I added it, all was good. Teflon tape is included in case you do have leaking around the connection. Also customer service can help if you have problems with fit or need another type of adapter for your faucet.My faucet is old and I needed the A3 adapter. I recommend not using a wrench even though the directions say it may be needed. I hand tightened everything so that in the future I hopefully won't have problems with removal. I also didn't want to damage the aerator with scuffs and scratches that wrenches cause. It's also important to let the water run through the filter before using. I did this for 5 minutes. When I first turned it on, the water was black-from the carbon filter but quickly cleared.Finally the taste. I think the water tastes very good. I can tell the difference between the filtered and unfiltered. I think it's even better than the bottled water I buy every week.My only complaint so far is that there's no warning light to let you know the filter needs changed. The manufacturer says to change every 3 months or depending on taste. I marked my calendar and I'll visually check the filter as well. There's an extra filter that comes in the box and I believe Amazon has a filter subscription program.I am very satisfied with this purchase and know it will pay for itself by not having to buy cases of water every week. So, I loved how easily I set this up, I have a muscle disease and have the hardest time with the simplest installs, but this was easy. Thanks for that! Also, it helps the water pressure for your sink water if that's an issue for you.On taste: I have a hard time tasting things. I usually know when water tastes bad, and the water here doesn't, but I really can't advise as to taste. But I can say this...the water comes out super fast. From the filter side.So that makes me wonder, how can the water possibly be getting filtered that well while it's coming out this fast? Usually filtered water takes a minute thru a faucet mount like that because there is such a short space to filter, they must pack the filtering agent in rather tightly. Thus the slow roll of water coming out of most filters. Not this one. It comes out hard and fast.So...I drink filtered water mostly for the health benefits. And I have NO clue if I'm getting those from this. Bottom line.

I changed the filter today. Wow!I live in a city with good water, but lead pipes run to my apartment. The unit looks very nice on the sink and is easy to install and use. The water tastes fresh and tested safe from lead after filtering.

We have talked about getting this for years. It is easy to install. Easy to use . It will stop us from buying water. Also stop use from plastic waste. Win win all around.

The media could not be loaded.  I loved this filter but I didn’t even get to use it a month before a vital part broke off. Unable to fix. And I’m a few days past return date so now I have a water filter I can’t use. 😭
