I have had the Jose Eber 1 inch wand for 13 years. Yes, you read that correctly. I use it almost daily, and it has never failed to create perfect curls that actually last. So I finally decided I wanted the larger barrel as well and purchased this set. Same great results. Plus, I love the mini straightener for travel!

I bought this as a replacement to my original Jose Eber that died suddenly on a busy Saturday in my salon :(I was freaking out because I had no idea if it was even being sold anymore... well, Amazon to the rescue as usual, lol!! I ordered it hoping it would be the exact same as my old one (and let me tell you I loved my old one so much I literally had a funeral for 'Jose' in our salon break room, lol). suffice it to say, this iron has met every expectation!!! I love it as much as my original. It warms quickly, has a nice even heat, smooth plates and adds incredible shine to the hair... and I love the adjustable temp control. I have encouraged all my clients to order one, and I am ordering a second set for myself at home. A+

The 1.25 is a quite a bit thicker than the 1 inch 15 year old that I am replacing, but if its quality is as good I will be happy. My one inch always was smooth, heated up quickly, and never caught a hair. One side just burnt out after 15-16 years of almost daily use. The new one is a little bulky, but hair glides through smoothly.The small one is tiny, but I've used it for my bangs and it's okay. Will probably never use the curling wand.

This is the best flat iron I have owned. I don’t use the curler because I have a pixie cut, but I did once on my daughters friend and it works beautifully! Be careful because it’s super hot, always use the glove that comes with it and be careful not to burn your hair. Even the tiny travel sized one gets hot. I can get ready so much faster now. I’m in love.
