Caron Simply Soft Party Yarn (3-Pack) Platinum Sparkle H97PAR-193

I purchased the same yarn from Joann's and it arrived thinner than this yarn from Amazon. I am so much happier with my yarn purchased here!

I am making Harry Potter house scarves. Improvising a little, but they are turning out great. Enjoy the yarn. Can't use wool.

I am really pleased with this yarn. The silver wraparound strand is nice, not intrusive, and is wrapped consistently. I am making a plain scarf, stockinette stitch so I can talk to others while I work and the silver strand provides enough distraction that not pattern is needed.It holds its shape well, is excellent quality control in the manufacture, and just really nice yarn. Of course, it is Caron, so I expect it to be good.I wish the other colors had a silver wraparound yarn instead of the color of the yarn. Red on red and blue on blue doesn't show up as well as the dark gray with silver (Platinum Sparkle).

Super soft for baby blanket. The only thing is it unravels as you're knitting. There are multiple yarn strands wound together with the glitter strand and it separates. Sobit took a little longer to knit but it is super soft and beautiful yarn on the finished product.

I have not used this yarn yet but can say it is beautiful and very soft! The skeins are smaller than what I would think of as normal. The color is spot on.

I always love Caron "party" yarn. Wish they were less expensive. Adds just a little sparkle to a crochet project.
