Review: Beautiful Set! - A really lovely set of glass pens and inks for any artist, writer, or just someone who likes to send gift cards. This set came with a huge set of ink colors to choose from, two different and gorgeously crafted glass pens and a little stand to lay them down on. All in a pretty little box that is perfect for gifting and safely storing it's precious cargo. Everything arrived safe and sound ... probably due to the foam lining inside the box ... and i was scripting up a storm in no time at all. Each bottle has a rubber stopper to keep the ink fresh and I found if you pinch it with a tissue between your fingers that it is super easy to remove without any undue mess on the fingers or spills. I also discovered that this makes an excellent watercolor set to paint with! Just draw with the pens and inks then take a brush loaded with water and you can go over your lines which amazingly morph into watercolor paint! This set has been so much fun and looks awesome on my desk as well. As an artist I especially appreciate a new medium for expression~ I would definitely recommend this product!

**Q: Are the colors waterproof?**
A: India ink has historically been made with carbon and contains varnish or shellac, which gives it permanency and makes it waterproof once it is dry.

**Q: Can I use these inks with fountain pen as well? Thank you.**
A: Has gold powder in the ink,we aren't suggest the fountain pen use these dip pen inks.But dip fountain pen is ok.

**Q: Would this pen be safe to use on Cotton paper, without much risk of bleeding?**
A: that is a good question! I have not tried it on any nice paper, but consider this; it is watery. you might try just plain water and a magnifying glass to check how much bleeding there is if you cannot bear to just go for it. The tip is so very fine, I cannot imagine it would be terrible. Just the same as a regular fountain pen most likely. On all the types of paper I have used it, the lines remained clean. I would hesitate to say no simply because I have no idea how precious that paper might be to you.

**Q: Where can I buy 24 different colors**
A: Find a good craft store if you wanted to buy it in person.  I've bought different colored inks from my local craft store and they have no problem usually ordering what you want and it supports small businesses.

A really lovely set of glass pens and inks for any artist, writer, or just someone who likes to send gift cards. This set came with a huge set of ink colors to choose from, two different and gorgeously crafted glass pens and a little stand to lay them down on. All in a pretty little box that is perfect for gifting and safely storing it's precious cargo. Everything arrived safe and sound ... probably due to the foam lining inside the box ... and i was scripting up a storm in no time at all. Each bottle has a rubber stopper to keep the ink fresh and I found if you pinch it with a tissue between your fingers that it is super easy to remove without any undue mess on the fingers or spills. I also discovered that this makes an excellent watercolor set to paint with! Just draw with the pens and inks then take a brush loaded with water and you can go over your lines which amazingly morph into watercolor paint! This set has been so much fun and looks awesome on my desk as well. As an artist I especially appreciate a new medium for expression~ I would definitely recommend this product!
