It was the correct thing for my 2020 Evoque , so I assume it's the same for a velar. Yes, 50% solution to distilled water mix.

Awesome and legit

My Range Rover lights up for low coolant once and while and I’ve been just driving to the dealer to get it topped off! Which ends up taking me about 2 hours drive with waiting.. so I found this and followed the 1 for 1 parts coolant to distilled water ratio! No more alert on my range! And saves me time !
