Review: Amazing book - Helped a lot in my exam. Review: Struggling for support - I have been trying to download the digital components to prepare for the test. Volume 2 works great. However, during the download of volume 1 the process stopped for some unknown reason. Although the seller advertises the code can be used twice and the download page states it can be used 4 times, the truth is when I try downloading volume 1 again, the website does not allow it. It shows the code has been used. I am struggling with the seller in order to get a valid code that will allow me to download what I paid for. Until I get what I paid for, I will give this purchase a rating of 1 star for not fulfilling their sales commitment. desertcart reimbursed me for the defective code. ETS refused to give me another code. 5 stars to desertcart. Stay away from the dreadful customer service provided by ETS
