Does item come with cover or is it one piece?

Its a cover that comes with it. You'll have yo let the pillow fluff for a day, then put the cover on it. Its easy and labelled and packaged nice though. Had mine for a few months now and absolutely love it

Is this pullow worth it? I have a regular pregnancy pillow but think the shape of this one may be better

I just had my baby 2 months ago and I still use it. It prefer the shape versus a regular pillow. It's super comfortable and easy to wash the cover.

Can the belly pillow be removed ?

Yes, you can wash the cover normally.. we used very mild detergent liquid for washing this out
