My Harley came with the solid, non-adjustable side wings and I wanted to get a pair that were adjustable in order to increase the air flow to the rider. These side vents are just what I needed and work very well, you can adjust them to suit your preference in getting additional air flow on those hot summer rides. I like that they even came with new, Allen heads screws to mount them with as I had lost a couple of my stick screws over the years. Be aware, these things are adjustable but be VERY careful because the part that holds them in place can easily be broken if you don’t lift the vent up enough to clear the catch. While these are made of plastic and are not flimsy or weak, they do seem a bit more brittle than flexible, just be wary of that and do not force them when adjusting them. They have a pattern look and I think add a little more style than the old, stock ones my bike came with. I recommend them, for the price and functionality, I think you’ll be happy.

The deflectors on my 2012 Ultra were beginning to show signs of aging so I thought I would try these as a replacement. For some reason, Amazon doesn't have the ones that looks like my original deflectors to fit my bike and these look just like the ones made by Kuryakyn. I have had these on while riding for a month now (past my return date). They were defective from the start and I should have sent them back but I felt like throwing money away so I kept them.Pros:1. They fit the bike although they only use three of the four holes used for the original deflectors.Cons:1. One of them will not open at all. Hinge is stuck.2. They rattle like crazy. They rattle when the bike is idling, they rattle when you are riding, and they rattle if you simply touch them.3. They look and feel cheap.Summary:Save your money cause you will need it to purchase the correct ones. I'm not sure why they quit selling the adjustable ones for 2013 and older but I wish they would bring them back because these are horrible.

I got them today. they came pretty fast. pretty easy to install. i have a toy run next weekend and will update on how they perform. My first impression is i should have gotten some that have a smooth surface to blend in with the fairing. these raised or ribbed ones stand out. i’ve only looked at them in the garage. i’ll get some outdoor photos as well.They made it about a half a mile at 45 mph. One of them started waving i pulled o er and took them both off. contacted seller. refund issued.

This is a great product. When the vents are open, the buffeting that you get normally, goes away. They look good and were simple to install.
