I bought these because my cat started taking half a tablet daily that she struggled to swallow and would dissolve in her mouth. These are the same size as another med she's taken before and the half tablet she takes now (5 mg fluoxetine, 1/2 of a 10 mg tab) fits in the capsule perfectly! These work super well with the Butler Sales Pet Pillgun. She's had no trouble taking her medicine since I got these. The capsules come put together part of the way and click into place once filled. Highly recommend!

Great product. Purchased to use for cat’s medication to mask the bitterness. Small size is perfect for cats. As a bonus, I was able to combine 2 medications into one capsule. Anyone that’s ever pilled a cat knows that it’s hard enough to get your cat to take one pill, let alone two pills!Good quality and easy to use. Capsules ‘lock’ closed so no worries about them opening up.

I'd probably size up at least 1 capsule size these can be difficult to get your product in without losing some. Good quality just size.

These worked fine for my use.I make a lot of my own cat meds and some taste terrible. By putting the meds in these, it will hide the flavor. Capsules when first put in a cat's mouth are sticky. It's best to either have an eye dropper or a 3ml pipette of water to wash it down. Be prepared if you've never pilled a cat that they will learn how to tongue flick it out. Always make sure it goes down before releasing your cat. I usually give a couple of eye droppers of water before letting the cat go.

My Vet gave me a couple gel caps when I had to give my cat a split pill that was known to have a horrible taste and the gel cap would go down easier, which it did. I ordered these and they work great, my cat takes 3 pills in the morning, all split and they all fit in this gel cap so I only have to keep track of one pill getting spit out instead of 3 LOL He still can spit it out, but at least I don't have 3 slimy or melting pills to deal with, the gel cap doesn't dissolve quickly so if it's spit out I can retry. Not a big gel cap but perfect for the size pills I'm giving.

internal size does not take into account liquids.Had to give our dog 50 ml. the size picked held less obviously it's counting the cap
